I will just talk to myself about Grace.

The goals of these is to do your basic MBA SWOT analysis looking at your players strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as a player and what would be a strategy for making her HS team and possibly beyond and to discuss your perspective and hear what your player is thinking.

I promise to pour a lot of hard thought into this discussions, there will be some praise but also some honest discussion about what challenges your player may face and how can we address those best. As I shared on Monday, lots of players want to play in HS, but numbers get smaller the higher you go, Freshman Team to JV to Varsity to College. There is a big difference in just wanting to keep playing and really, really wanting to and putting a plan in place to prove it. Let’s work on that plan
